NEVER let anyone shame you about the way you show affection to your kids. Whatever works for y’all is sacred for y’all. Kids need that love especially from their fathers, and we won’t always be here to give it to them as they get older so it’s good to create those bonds and memories for them

People are always gonna talk. Some folks take issue with dads kissing even their 3 year old, boy or girl. Every time I see my son (Going on 3) I’m nibbling that lil jokers cheeks off. Crazy about mini me

There’s a big difference between affection and abuse though. As long as it’s not crossing over into abuse, who cares how people show affection?

My son is a 3 1/2. I kiss him on the cheek and forehead. He will initiate kiss on the lips. It’s innocent. If he wants to kiss his kid on the lips who ami to judge as long as it ain’t sexual what’s her problem? Some cultures do that.

Yeah, at least his dad is in his life (or was?) I guess.

Yeah and I have no criticism of you what you're saying you're right I don't kiss mine like that either but I'm not going to critize a man for being overly affectionate to his pride and joy when we live in a world of deadbeat fathers but I get where you coming from.
