Yup...I made a post when the playoffs were announced that Bama dodged a bullet......

The committee knew it too...Hence, the layup game with Ohio State....Its better for TV, but OSU does not deserve to be in the playoffs over TCU
TCU shouldn't even been consider as a co-conference champion because they loss to Baylor. Let the teams play tomorrow before stating that a certain team should have been ranked over another opponent. Baylor has more of a legitimate gripe over TCU because of the head to head.

Its kind of a double edged sword since the Big 12 doesn't have a championship game...I think if you asked who would win between Baylor and TCU on Dec.7th, the overwhelming majority would have said TCU.......cause quite frankly, TCU didn't shouldn't have lost the first time...

Its football, and its about competition...Sometimes a team has your number on a certain day...and if we're gonna play that game, OSU has the worst loss out of the top 6 teams....

At least Baylor was highly ranked when they beat TCU....

What was Virginia Tech's ranking when they smoked OSU....?
You playing the would have should have could have game. When they played Baylor put up 61 on them and won. Nobody was say if OSU played v tech on dec 7 that they would lose again. Yes OSU has the worst loss of the top 6. They also have a outright conf chip which they won the chip game 59-0 as a 4 point underdog. OSU also has a 11 game win streak going into the playoffs.

The Big 12 not having a conference championship game skews everything....No such thing as an outright champion if you don't have the division leads play one another...

Hence, CFB is still fugazi status when determining a true champion.....shyt is still mad entertaining tho

VT play OSU on the 2nd week of the season with a QB who was on his 2nd start and 4 new offensive linemen who were still trying to gel. VT got the best of the OSU that night but after that OSU got their shyt together and start balling. It about who is playing the best right now, not about how you looked earlier in the season. TCU should have beaten Baylor, plain and simple. They shouldn't have even been ranked over them on the last couple of week in the polls. They play good today but can you wait until the rest of the games are played tomorrow before writing off the Bucks. Meyer is NOT Tressel and have has recruiter much better talent that can compete with the best in the nation.
