I think the "issue/controversy" is this fresh faced 20-something beautiful college educated professional black female (All The Adjectives) educator appears to have gone the baby mama route and conceived a baby out of wedlock.

The "issue/controversy" is that even this high quality social media created personality, couldn't defy the current paradigm of most black children being born by single unmarried mothers (of course we don't know her situation), but that's it.
