I applaud him trying to break up the fight. But those techniques could get him fired. He tried to grab her around the neck like a headlock. Too dangerous. Same with the judo slam. Even in my job in youth detention I would get fired for attempting something like that. All he had to do was lock her 2 arms up from behind and she couldn't have gotten out.
