This is why it sucks to be a teacher at an inner city school. They pay substitute teachers a higher pay grade to teach at the "tougher" schools. Pretty sad.

School secretary: "Hi, are you available to teach this Monday?"
Mr. Banks: "Oh yes, I'm available to teach next Monday."
School secretary: "The <rough neighborhood> High School needs a substitute history teacher. With that school, you get an extra $25 a day in your daily pay."

The man was just doing his job. He tried his best to restrain her, and she started hitting him. A judo toss was a smart way to control her and not do any damage. How many of y'all were caping for that bus driver who upper cutted that thot after she hit him??

That's not his job. He's not required to break up fights. That's why they have security. A judo toss could have broke her neck with his size and strength if it was done wrong.

But no, he kept his cool and instead tried to subdue her by hip tossing her (quite expertly I might add), then the other kids want to step in on some "why did you throw her like that..". Rediculous. Where was that homo fakkit at the end when those girls were going at it initially?

Did you actually call me a liberal? I've been called many things but that's a first. I never said anything me being pro taking corporal punishment out of schools. I wish they did have it (though some schools do but it's a DL thing). Again, you have to understand how American system work my brother. You are protected by the union if that's the type of school system they're in. They don't want you jumping in breaking up fights. You're risking your job when you do that. If that girl got hurt in any way, he would have gotten fired. He can't say "Well, I'm breaking up a fight". That's not his job. He can verbally redirect. But physically no. That's security job. We just had a fight yesterday at the school I worked at and teacher stood back while they was scrapping. The kids got security and kids got cuffed. Teacher went on and nothing happened. That's how it works here.
