All business is competition, again try actually make a point that has merit.

I don't know if youre this dense in real life or just trollin

Business is a competition, sure. Another generic remark totally missing the point.

If you want to equate being a professional athlete to being no different than the person who serves coffee at Dunkin Donuts or sells insurance, just to excuse beta behaviour, by all means go ahead

But if ALL athletes are, are simply EMPLOYEES, no different than any other employee in any other sector, then again answer the points I raised earlier which you ignored

If Tommy from IT sprains his fukkin wrist, is he rushing to get back to work, lest John from another firms IT dept gets a bit of extra work in that day?

then why do professional athletes do it?

would Sam from Sales take a pay cut so his firms quarterly earnings don't dip and share prices remain high, hence avoiding possible cuts to labour costs?

then why do professional athletes do it?

would Frank from Company A and Bob from Company B ever throw hands in the middle of a deal?

then why do professional athletes get into scraps while they're at "work"?

You have stripped sports of its inherent nature as a DIRECT, PERSONAL, PHYSICAL COMPETITION and reduced it to a means of employment.

Facts are generic remarks to you, like you think facts are analogies. Its all starting to make sense now.
As an athlete picking a team to work is just like any other worker picking a company to work for in their field. Its the same thing.
You didn't bring up any points earlier though, people rush back to work all the time if they are needed to keep operations going, just like athletes.
Athletes shouldn't take pay cuts for a company, that said people do take salary cuts to keep employeeds so they aren't released, this isn't confined strictly to athletes.
People do fight during professional situations, this isn't uncommon, you say this like you have no experience in real life working environments.
You want an example here you go Lawyer and D.A. investigator have bloody brawl in Orange County courthouse

Sports is physical competition, that it is physical competition doesn't change that professional sports is a business for the athletes, managers, executives, and team owners. Just like its a business for everyone else to work at their job.
