As someone in the middle of a malpractice lawsuit that motherfukker had to have settled most of those with a non disclosure agreement out of court no way his medical license hasn’t been pulled..

Sure, but a lot of the time these shots are given without US guidance.

And I don’t mean common as in more often than not. I meant common as in one of the most common adverse outcomes of such a procedure.

Same way pneumo can be a “common” outcome of a central line placement.
