You'd think nfl.com, nba.com, etc. would be way more optimized during the season.

They need to hire more engineers to get that shyt working A1.
Not just the websites but the apps as well. They are horrible streaming experiences. Constant buffering. No continue playing option. No way to queue up or set up a way to watch later. I don't think they even have anything stating what's been previously watched.

man I be on Doordash noticing problems, like man I can fix that in an afternoon
That's part of what I hate about my job as a product manager. It has me breaking down all apps or software for easy changes that could be easily implemented to make the user experience better.
