Yeah it shocked me. I thought it was a rejection email so I almost ignored it. But there was a link to complete an AI based interview. No video just text. It responds to the answers and may ask probing questions based off what you answer. Im beyond qualified for the position so it was easy. I was actually getting excited like this process may remove bias. Man I was shocked to wake up to a 3am denial.

Hiring is broken, the market already sucked and then the blind AI focus increases the removal of humanity. More and more this shyt is shaping to be a bubble and when it burst it won't be pretty

There’s an opportunity here for someone to make a viral video that mocks all the companies who made outlandish headcount reductions due to a technology that hasn’t been fully vetted.
