Give it two more weeks they play the ravens at home a very winnable game and than a bye week at Cleveland. After that the schedule gets tough at skins, vs rams, at Lions, at falcons. That's when you dump keenum.
Real question is how is Teddy and Sam fight this position battle out in the middle of the season. Who is getting the most practice reps?
Teddy is the franchise you gotta get him back to #1 soon as possible.

You dump him he's completely unreliable. Your only hope is that teddy caught whatever Alex Smith caught this off season and starts taking more chances deep knowing his spot isn't guaranteed. Teddy is not bad he was just to cautious maybe that's changed.
