Teddy said Face wasn't feeling well, which was reason one why it was postponed. Reason 2 is that they want it to be on a platform where time isn't an issue. He said something about "swiping up", which people took as him saying they were going to monetize it. I don't think he meant that. I think he meant that whatever platform they use everyone will be able to swipe to view it.

He said what he said . He wants to use a company he owns to have the battle on.

He see how successful other battles have been & wants to use it to get his company name out there. So yes obviously it is about money somewhat to him.
