Ryder Cup going on. US rightfully favored (more top 10 players) but...
woke up this morning and the US getting fukking destroyed :beli:

4-0 first session for Europe.

US needs at least 3 in the afternoon session to have a chance. 3-5 going into the weekend isn't insurmountable.

This is the first time since 1965 that the last group on Sunday in the Masters are players both in their 20s and are major champions.

Morikawa has won 2 majors so he knows how to get it done. But Scheffler is on an insane run of form. This is his to lose.

This should be an epic Sunday.

It's been over for Tiger since that epic day at Torrey Pines
Training like a damn Navy Seal
And ultimately getting his powers zapped away by his "Nordic Queen" one morning in the driveway.

Still won in 2019 after all that

Scottie is just on another level from these guys right now from a consistency level. Will be interesting to see how many majors he pulls down the next few years

Scheffler's current run has been as good as we've seen post-Tiger.

The LIV guys shytted all over themselves this tournament.

Took him 10 yrs to to win again and that was just one...... it's been over. I held out hope that he'd be back to his winning ways. But nah that last hurrah in 19 was all. And I don't pretend to know shyt about golf but I know Tiger Woods is and has been finished for a while.

:mjlol: don't do the Brandel Chamlee shyt breh. Most of the golfers shyt all over themselves this weekend both PGA and LIV.

There were 13 LIV golfers in The Masters. Damn near third of them were in the top 12.

Four in the T12, Three LIV guys in the top 10, two in the top 6. That's more than solid for a group guys who apparently are physically incapable of playing in "real tournaments" because they play 54 holes in their league.

Rahm is a top 3 player. Brooks is a 5 time major winner and played well here last year. I expected these guys to contend but they were nowhere in sight. Bryson shytted all over himself on Saturday when he had the lead.

All those guys have the talent to compete against Scottie but they're on an exhibition tour instead.

Don't cape for these guys. It's like if Kobe in his prime would quit the NBA to play for the Globetrotters because they paid more $$$.

This was my first time watching a major the entire time and I must say that it was entertaining :ehh: betting on it raised excitement but I actually wasn’t bored at all. I wanna take lessons one day.

Ended up making $200+ on birdie or better plays all weekend

Top players in the PGA had rough tourney's too. Plenty of PGA stars nowhere in sight this tourney. There's nothing from this weekend that shows a trend of PGA players playing better than LIV players. Bryson shyt the bed on Saturday and today Colin and Max Homa shyt the bed today. Brooks just won a major last year so i dont see how you can even mention him.

1/3 of their participants being in the top 12 is a good showing. Like I said a solid number of the LIV guys ended up in the top 10, and one of them was a main contender. You're acting like the PGA dudes were out there rocking while all the LIV guys were at the bottom of the pack.

And your Kobe example is way off the mark. There's a whole political element to why people are mad about LIV that golfers shouldn't have to answer for.

He won in 2019 after having a really impressive 2018. That Masters win was basically the culmination of all the hard work he did post back fusion surgery. He felt better and was able to complete rounds without feeling like he was breaking apart, he could've won the 2018 Open Championship and the 2018 PGA Championship with just a tiny bit of more luck. Then 19' Augusta happened and everything fell into place.

After that W it felt like his body started acting up again (19' Zozo win being the exception) and he really hasn't been close to competing in 4 rounds of golf.

I think the car accident was the nail in coffin for him to ever win again in the PGA :mjcry: it seems impossible for him to sustain 4 rounds of elite golf without his body falling apart. Which is a shame because he's shown that he can have good, competitive rounds when his body lets him.

The fact he at least finished this year's tournament is a sign he'll try to give it a go but even I don't see the positive signs we saw in 2018.

Tigers face looked like he was being tortured and had tried to show no emotion. Unless he's playing well, I wish they would stop showing him. It's rough
