Ryder Cup week. Probably the best golf competition to watch.
US has more players in the top 10, but the past 2 decades, Europe seems to always play better.
Americans been complaining about getting paid to play it and finally are getting paid this year for it. Europeans still playing for free. They love this event for pure competition.
European players form is better imo. The course the Americans chose I think fits the European team better - longer hitters on average.
Europe boat-raced the Americans last Ryder Cup in Rome, might be the same here in the US.
Hoping the Americans can play better and make it competitive.

I just knew these bozos were gonna get destroyed. American pro players just don't care like the Europeans.
They have this same competition for amateur players (Walker Cup) where the top American amateurs (college players) go against the top amateurs from Great Britain and Ireland and the Americans dominate the competition and its not close. It's when these guys become pros and the only explanation is that they don't care because a lot of these guys competed in the Walker Cup.
The PGA of America should have never caved in and gave them guaranteed money. Instead tell them if they win everyone gets a $1M. Every single one of them would have played better.

Europe has been unquestionably the better team this century. It's undeniable they always look more poised, focused and their best players step the fukk up most of the time....but even still, the last couple of Ryder Cups in the US were fairly easy wins for the y'all, and 7 of the 12 players that won in 21' were in this year's team so I gotta think it's something beyond money.
