PGA Tour Players React to LIV Golf Waiver Denial: 'If You Want to Go, Go'




I don't know why these PGA tour players would expect the PGA to let them still hold on to PGA tour card and also play for a rival tour.

PGA Championship week. Southern Hills Golf Course. Over 7500 yards and plays harder than Augusta (I think I saw that it was rated 78 while Augusta was rated 76).

Tiger's back and he won the PGA Championship here back in 07. They've since added 500+ yards since then and Tiger no longer has the distance advantage over other players. Still it's Tiger so you never know. If he can keep his driver in the fareway, he's still one of the best iron players in the world and his short game can be magical.

If I'm putting money on players, it would be Scheffler, Speith, and Ram. Scheffler's been on a tear, Speith has played great all year and Ram is probably the best player right now.

Dark horse would be Brooks. He hasn't played well in recent years due to injuries, but he's got the distance and all around game to win this tournament.

Looked solid for the first 8 holes and then something happened on the 18th. Swing completely changed after that hole. When his go-to stinger is not working, you know something ain't right.
