Detroiter do not have a distinct sound. Royce does not sound like Tee when he talks and Big Sean doesn't sound like Royce when he speak. If they never said where they were from you would wouldn't know they were from Detroit. Accent mean a distinct enouniation of words. New York for example has noticeable accent. Everyone has an accent but Detroit doesn't have a regional accent.
Bro saying you don't have an accent is one of the most ignorant things on earth. Please go Google that. And I went to college in Michigan and I could always tell when someone was from Michigan. You don't notice an accent because you're used to hearing it. I notice a Detroit, Michigan accent before an NYC one because I'm from the East Coast. You're confusing slang with an accent or something. Every human being on earth has an accent. You would fail an exam in school if you said that shyt.

You didn't read what I typed at all because this wouldn't be your reply.

I feel you, but I still stand on my point because what you (and Tee Grizley) are saying is that it's all relative.

If that is true then let me ask you (and Tee Grizley) this...if I make $15K a year can I call that "real money" because there are people in a developing nation that only make $1 a day? :jbhmm: The answer is No. It wouldn't make sense to call $15K a lot of money just because other people are poor.

Hov is actually right. $200K is NOT a lot of money especially when you consider that the U.S. GDP is $17.95 TRILLION. $200 thousand is not even a drop in the bucket compared to what is circulating in this country.
shyt yo goofy ass up talking bout the damn us GDP and people who make $1. That ain't got chit to do with tee grizzley being out here on his grind and getting money and having 200k.

Not really...Tee grizzly, like most of the other rappers that have "responded to hov" over this line are actually responding to the dikkriders parroting the shyt on social media

He says here something to the effect of "big homie got a billion, so he can say that...I showed y'all 200k, if YOU don't call that money then what do you call it...Don't let him gas you" ...

And he's right
You say this like most rappers don't end up broke. We've seen how this movie plays out an infinite amount of times. A lot of these rappers are just stuntin with cash that's not even all their's, which makes it worse. It's not even just rappers tho, we've seen it even more with the pro athletes. We've seen pro athletes who've earned much much more than these little hood rich rappers earn, end up broke because they were financially irresponsible. The whole point of Jay's line is while flashing cash on the gram may look impressive to certain people, it's not "real money". One of the points of the song is that we've got to start being smarter financially as a community. He's absolutely right too. Yea, 200 grand cash looks like a lot but it's not a lot at the end of the day. Especially when you don't own anything that will continue to generate money after you stop "working" for it.

These rappers rebelling on some ignorant c00n "I'm proud to be dumb" shyt. They take it out on the fans who are rightfully telling the to soak up game, because they can't say shyt to Jay. They can't pull that ignorant stuntin shot on Jay but they can on regular everyday folk on the net. Nothing more nothing less. It's a shame that a old ass man like you who should know better, is going out of your way to give them cover.

These rappers, for sure, T Grizzly included, are guilty of flashing money and stunting on the exact people who are paying for their shows and music, that shyt needs to stop, or be curbed. Jay isn't nearly in the same range as them, they are showing cash on IG where all their fans and followers are watching, who are too lost or too broken, or too dumb to realize what's going on. Meek Mill is a new favorite of mine, but he's guilty too. It's like they are strung out on the attention and feelings of having more money the people, when that's exactly how they felt coming up, broke, like no one gave a fukk, except to throw money in your face. They treat their fans the way affluent society treated them.
