I think it's because I'm comparing the ethics and methods of other countries court systems that tend to have better results with prisoners and crime rates after sentencing.

You can’t really blame the system when they show and tell you what they are about.

If a death is caused during the commission of your felony it's a murder charge...

I think the justice system is fukked but....you commit a felony and someone dies (and you may not have done the killing) you get prison.

Dude I went to HS with did a bank robbery in Cali and was the getaway driver and crashed the whip and his passenger died.

So read the law and when you commit your crimes...make sure you can get the least amount of years possible if your ass get caught....

When my homie got caught...all he got was probation and he kept all the money he made and he went straight...

They got offered 25 years...but apparently his lawyer didn't know the law and wanna take that shyt to trial and got hit with 65....

seriously doubt his lawyer didn't advise him properly and a lawyer can't choose to take it to court. that's the defendants choice only. lol, but of course if all else fails blame the attorney

“Only 15 but tried as an adult” anyone committing armed robbery with a full crew should get an adult trial. Said it before they are too lenient a lot of the time on armed robbers (and duis but that’s another thread) So many killings in botched robberies, and once you start things only escalate it ain’t like you do one for a come up and stop. I got no problem with anyone doing decades for getting caught up in that garbage using violence to take from folks. He will do half the sentence and hopefully learn a lesson. Lol @ blaming the system for some loser who is armed robbing as a teen where it ended up in someone’s death. Hand out more of these and maybe less folks will be out there setting up robberies of friends for ps4s and iPhones or a few hundred dollars where shyt gets botched and people end up hurt. Honestly, he was involved in the crime... hate to say it Ain't nothing good will come when you dealing with fukkery like this. I hope he gets out either on a technicality or some other way.

Living that fast will definitely catch up to you. And shooting at a fukking cop??? Attempted murder of an officer of the law - in most states its automatic lethal injection.
