That's why side eye any argument that claims blacks are more predisposed to commit crime. Police go out of their way to target blacks meanwhile Scott and Kyle riding around high as fukk..........and if those cacs do get arrested, the charges don't stick because they were just "boys being boys." He literally got nothing wtf. Whites in general will always be in a class by themselves when it comes to the judicial system money or not. They get praised for imitating ratchet/hood behavior. And get praised for committing the most gruesome crimes. They make movies and documentaries digging into their mindset of how it came to be. And America also glorifies the mob lifestyle. Us blacks will never be equal so stop tryna fit in cause u in that bracket financially. They still look down on u regardless. Wish they could change these outdated laws. I fukking hate drunk drivers, I remember once waking up to a load crash outside my house, came out there with a baseball bat in my boxer shorts to witness the police whaling the shyt out of this drunken fukk who they had pulled out a car. They me told to 'fukk off back inside,', I did and didn't give too fukks,in fact if the c*nt had hit my car I'd have joined in in the pinata they were making of him , in fact if his lawyer had tried to get me to say I saw the police kicking fukk out of him, I 'd have said I didn't see shyt.
It's money at the end of the day, one rule for the rich ,mainly rich white folks although celebrities of any skin colour tend to get treated different by the courts. And another for everyone else. I often watch your american courts on your tube, and there was a female black judge sentencing this youngish white lady to 15 years in prison for killing TWO people in this exact way, drinking and driving and in fact the judge told her she was getting off light and if it wasn't for some legal technicality she would have given her 20 years. Guess her 'mommy' and 'daddy' weren't a CEO ...

Warrant issued for Ethan Couch, teen at center 'affluenza' case
FORT WORTH — A warrant has been issued for Ethan Couch, the "affluenza" teen who received probation for killing four people in a drunk driving crash two years ago.
Multiple independent sources tell News 8 that Couch missed a check-in with his probation officer earlier this month. Sources say that court officers couldn't find Couch or his mother. His father reportedly said he didn't know where they were.
Couch is serving 10 years of probation in the juvenile system, so records are protected. He received the sentence after lawyers contended he lived life as a rich kid whose parents gave him no boundaries or consequences. It was a case of "affluenza," said a defense psychologist.
District Judge Jean Boyd determined he would be better served in treatment programs outside the juvenile justice system. Couch spent time in treatment at the Vernon State hospital in West Texas and was released several months ago.
Recently a cellphone video surfaced that appears to show Couch at a beer pong game with friends in October. The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office assigned investigators to look into the video.
Prosecutors had already filed a motion to transfer Couch to adult court to finish his probation.
A hearing on that motion has not yet been held. He turns 19 in April.
Scott Brown and Wm. Reagan Wynn, Couch's lawyers, released a statement:
We have recently learned that, for the last several days, the juvenile probation officer has been unable to make contact with Ethan or his mother with whom he has been residing. It is our understanding that the Court has issued a directive to apprehend to have Ethan detained because he is out of contact with his probation officer. We do not have any further information concerning this situation. Accordingly, it would not be appropriate for us to publicly discuss this matter further at this time.

So fukking stupid. Affluenza is easily one of the most made up things to defend fukked up people ever. I guarantee you that you can't find cases of non white kids getting away with murder due to this shyt. Bet he gets off again.
