Father Time is super harsh on trash. and "Make Em Say Ugh" is some trash.

Southerners in their feelings, of course. The insecurity at wanting a dude to review shytty Midwest/South tracks of the 90s, and then the Southern cat actually doing the reviewing aint feeling em. That's gotta hurt :dead:

Cool kid. We all come to hip hop on our own at some point. Few of us are born into it. I was an outkast/mos def/rawkus records kind of guy until some white kid introduced me to Wu Tang at my first job when I was 15 years old. I consider that my true introduction to hip hop, everything was pre only built 4 Cuban links and post only built for Cuban links.

"Far from broke got enough bread
And mad hoes ask Beavis I get nothing but head"

Might be my favorite punch line ever. Here we are 20 years later and people are still reacting to that line the same way I did the first time I heard it:wow:. Why dude have to shoot Big L?:to:

Edit:

Just watched the On the Run video.

Wait I wanna talk:whoa:

:bustback:
I put his brains on the sidewalk:birdman:

I gotta subscribe to this kid's channel for saying that was the hardest line ever:obama:
I’m kind of surprised he would get a Beavis and Butthead reference.

Nooo! I saw someone making that recommendation and all I could do is :mjlol: because I knew what his reaction was going to be.

Coastal insecurity is some real shyt. You could see in the comments a couple of people complaining that he was 'sleeping' on the South/Midwest as though they have classics too. Had he been from NY you would've never heard the end of it: "fukk NY! They always so biased! blah blah blah." No other region got classics on the same level as the tristate. It's the cold, painful truth for some.

While there's way more trash now, every era had its copycats, generics and outright trash. Flabbys will do anything for attention and most have always been sheep themselves. Recommending Eminem, Jedi Mind Tricks and Master P. Who cares about any of that wack shyt in 2018? :mjlol:

I don't even think hardcore southern rap fans or No Limit stans revere Make Em Say Uh or hold it up as some kind of timeless southern classic. It's remembered as a popular relic of the time it was released, and the popularity is why the kid said he was going to react to it.

While I somewhat agree, the right songs from the South/Midwest have to be chosen. You cant go from being amazed by Nas, Pac, Pun, etc. to P and Silkk Da Shocker and expect the same type of reaction.

The right songs from any region has to be chosen. He was just discombobulated by Wu Tang a few reactions ago. And the kid has already praised Bone Thugs, Scarface, and Outkast.

I peeped a few of this guys' videos. The thing I love about his reaction series is how it gives a insight into a young cat first getting into 90's hip-hop. Personally, it's kinda relatable to me in a way. I'm a young breh as well so I had to catch up to all the classics too.

For example, the first time I heard Big L I was thinking he was one of illest to ever do it. Insane talent :wow:
