He's not a Jay fan but he did enjoy the Jay-Z/Big L freestyle on Stretch & Bobbito.
I think he's not a fan because he's probably familiar with "NY State of Mind" & "Tom Ford" type songs. He fukked with "Dead Presidents" but not "I Cant Get With That" because Jay wasn't developed yet imo. Even with the Big L freestyle, Jay wasn't in his slick/flashy bag yet.

He hasn't heard much of any Hov in his heyday. "Where I'm From" or "Nikka What, Nikka Who" for examples.
