This is good this happened. A lot of religions have the biggest hypocrites and a lot of the stories are hypocritical within themselves...

I guess the youths are just tired in the bullshyt watching humans make the excuse justifying wars and bloodshed with religion...

I can name a few wars and events in which men of religion caused death and destruction invoking their religious beliefs!!! Its all bullshyt.....

its all on a timeline, starting from the 60s society has been under a strong cultural shft through deliberate motives of social engineering, next will be the arrival of "extraterrestrials" creating a deceitful synthesis between both religion and science

Seems like a lot of built up wrath and bitterness in this thread. Just out of curiosity, what was the event or situation that caused most of you to walk away or completely despise any faith/religion? I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume that most of the brehs in here were ex-Christians?

Very true....I was baptized and all like 2-3 years ago...now today, I'm not about that life at all. I don't even remember the last time I attended church...My common sense would REFUSE to allow me to adhere to that shyt, especially since that religion was given to us by those who still oppress us today. I simply just, could not, get behind it...I mean the shyt condones slavery, and talks about what a slave should let their masters do. A bit too CONVENIENT, if you get my drift....I found that I'm better off being one with the universe....

Unfortunately, my mother is now seeing a preacher, and I think they're enrolling my lil niece in this Christian school........:to:

I would say it true most are ex Christians the thing that sucks in this country is that it is almost forced on you by your family and society you dont get to make that decision at a young age in most cases.

Yeah im from North Carolina until the age of 6 I lived right beside the church I had to go to every sunday. Just before I turned six we moved to Raleigh where I didnt go to church as much everyone in my family talked that religion bs. My parents aren't as devout as some Christians out there my mom is not the type to force religion but she still buys into Christianity my dad always tries to answer world events with the bible lol.

They just hate Christianity.

By college most will not be atheist. These kids were asked if religion is important in their lives, lol.

Every two years there's another study ..... atheist fakkits get all hype, but theN we wonder why atheist will never make up more than a tiny fraction of people.

It's because they (kids) are more likely to avoid false religions. ....... this has zero impact on their belief in a creator or spirituality.
