After School Programs being cut
Gentrification has a part to play in this
Certain jobs are not hiring young black kids like when I was growing up
Most of these fast food jobs or customer service jobs period
Are controlled by others and it’s nothing but those certain groups when you walk in said establishments
Feelings of teenage angst

While true that many kids wasn’t on kamikaze missions like this
You would be a whole ass lie on some of the activities we did as youngins
But most of you nikkas lived pristine lives because all you did was sit your fat ass in the house all day and play videogames

It's gonna continue to happen because, who's going to stop them? Obviously not their parents or their community or even the police. Furthermore incidents like this going viral are only going to embolden more idle teens around the country to do the same. This stuff isn't unique to their generation we were some Bebe's too but the difference then is we at least had hell to pay if we were caught cutting up like this. From our parents, the community or getting jammed up on juvie charges.
