Hands down one of worst black movies ever. Extremely Overrated! I don't understand why many black people like that movie.

Baby Boy is a classic and probably the most popular film and most quoted with my gen. Me and my ex literally quote this ho atleast 3 times a day

But I was a kid in the nineties but i still know 80s and 70's cartoons and sitcoms because many were syndicated. So I don't know why these kids don't at least recognized most of the shows. Maybe they just don't watch TV like that anymore. Everything is on the internet now.

Well the film isn't even a 90s film so it makes sense. I remember baby boy first came out it got meh reviews from black people. It kind blew up maybe around 04-05 and just took off. Around the late 90s Soulfood was one of the IT Black 90s movies.
