Nobody has really been on him seriously because they don't want to really hurt some kid that is running around trolling, but if he keeps running around with the tough guy act and disrespecting people, they will.

If you in a "set" then every nikka in that set is being "extorted" by somebody higher up anyway. The one at the top is getting the majority of the profit off of cuts from everybody's dirt below him, or at least should be. Even though I don't think most of these northeast nikkas are organized like that anyway...they're just claiming a color.
