Posted in other thread: Man, I turned 18 my senior year in high school, and I thought it was wrong (or wrong enough) to not to) to not sleep with younger girls, who were 16 or so, and I for sure knew the difference between a 16 year old and a fukking 13 year old girl. I also understood the legal consequences of getting into a messy situation with a minor, who maybe got strung on coke, or overly attached to me. This kind of defense of predatory behavior is disgraceful.

lets also address this:

Did he apologize to the girl? Did he advocate against statuary rape? Did he talk about consensual sex? Did he talk about responsibility and sex ? Obviously, he's just some low level creep goon, so I don't expect any of this, but I would be willing to guess there was no remorse, or lesson, just muttering about "bytches" and how he's the real victim.

Did you even watch the video. There was no rape. He didn’t get charged for rape the girl wasn’t raped. He was charged for sexual performance with a minor, she was shirtless in a bra in an Instagram video. He was charged for being there. He ain’t know her age if not he wouldn’t upload it.

And yes he did apologize, he wrote a letter and found out the girl lived in a group home.

Performance means any play, motion picture, photograph or dance. [ Performance also means any other visual representation exhibited before an audience" --- According to NY Law

it doesn't necessarily mean that he engaged in sexual conduct with a minor. Intercourse != performance. The performance, the recorded visual representation, contains the sexual conduct. The performance could depict him in a compromising position, but it doesn't have to star him or anything. it could be a picture of one of his friends or something for all we know. regardless, it's shady af and he shouldn't have to backtrack this much if the charge was benign.

He should do more press, because people really believe he is out here molesting kids.
