Aye,i'm just saying what i saw. Do i think it's a regular thing,no,not at all. But my homegirl was fully developed at 9. I know this cause we're still in touch nearly 30 years later. Went to highschool together as well. She has not grew since 89'. This was without effort by her. So with make up and certain attire yes i could believe she could pass as grown back then.
But 13 yr old broads that can pass as grown is much more common. My homegirl whom was 9 and looked much older was more of a rarity
