You are right, but you asked about ease of use and i always found him to be easier to use because of it. No one is easy to master like i said before. But If you are half-way compitent with Sagat you have a nice cushion if you get punished. I personally main Vega and i'll eat a Sagat alive cuz of EX Sky High and the Izuna Drop

Sagat also lacks mix-ups because of his low speed. If you get hit by Sagat its your own fault but its just when he does connect its so damn powerful. I actually think Blanka is the king of cheap in IV but that could also be because im a Vega user.

fukk both of em, shyt got too complicated for me

Tekken 3/SSF2T are my limit. Both of em still had that, overtime sudden death 2 combo finish finality. The rest of em got too long + complicated

Plus, nikkas still have Super Turbo tournaments. Nobody gives a damn about the rest of em
