At a high level those "starter characters" are extremely hard to use. You have to know your matchups in and out and have perfect zoning (also hard as fukk to do)

Akuma is the best character in Street Fighter 4 and he is hard as fukk to master.

i know, i know how to play street fighter but me and you both know charchers like bison, vega, guile, chunn li are much harder to use

I play Guile and Bison. Both are easier to use than Ryu (Bison sucks in Street Fighter 4 tho)

Out of the list you gave Vega and Chun-li are hard to use.

SFA3 is the greatest SF game of all time. All the characters excluding sf3, aggressive gameplay, air block, counter hit stun which led to tons of creative combos. People started complaining about their runaway fireball spam not working in alpha and sf3 hence the slow paced sfiv
