This still counts as Black on Black gun violence. Justified or not.
Like I wonder how many recorded Black on Black shootings are just people trying to protect them and theirs from people who actually deserve to be shot.
I know this thought may add too much nuance to the Black on Black violence convo and some users would rather assume the worse everytime.

I counted from the time the other guy started heading for the car, and the shooter had about 12 to 13 seconds. He probably could have got him and his lady back into his vehicle, but they may not have been able to pull off by the time the guy that got shot re-appeared.
I'm also hoping he is able to ultimately get away from any serious punishment by using a self-defense claim.

They waited to do that reaction. Smh. All that screaming. You knew he was gonna start shooting. I don't like it when people literally stand around being nosey watching other people arguing knowing shyts possibly could escalate and one of their nosey asses fukk around and get themselves shot. The worst thing anybody could do is run to a fight. When shyt escalates, you usually have no time to think on where to run or flee. Everyone starts running away when they see or hear about someone having a gun. What in the fukk is the reason for them to tape this shyt? All for clout and likes. She's willing to get herself shot taping some bullshyt. Couldn't be me.
