Wiz had a big underground run with the tumblr/twitter kids and stoners. Then for some reason, just like all current rappers once they get a little buzz, he got weird as fukk. Blonde streaks. weird ass clothes. Idk why these rappers feel the need to "elevate" everything about them except the quality of the music.

i wouldn't call it a run, but there was a time where most of the people i knew were at least talking about wiz's music and 90% of them aint even about that burn up all day every day life

like breh above said, there was a time where if you were born in the 90s and heavy on the internet keeping up with mixtapes and shyt, you were messing with either wiz or curren$y. i always liked curren$y's shyt way more, and i almost never listen to anything wiz anymore but i'd say things said in this thread were true

BUT not a single a person i knew started dressing acting like wiz, :usure: that aint just your sheep group of friends

and to even maybe expound on it a little bit, i think its the younger generation that is even more obsessed with wiz. i mean like 94-95 babies, not us in our 20s. most of us in our 20s have outgrown that shyt cause everything post kush and oj has been :scusthov:

i was part of this mentoring program and i asked this 5th grader who is favorite artist/musician/band is and he said 'wiz khalifa'.. so if the new gen didn't already have too much technology access, kids in fifth grade be bumpin wiz's shyt heavy :smh:

Where you from b? Milhuwake? :smugbiden:

i mean in college that was a trend when it was warm but my university had a lot of prep school kids in it so a lot didn't as well :manny: i don't do snap backs but everything else i've worn when its warm out

i didn't know we were crediting wiz to summer clothes, but if thats him then yeah i guess he still has the predominant influence on how 90% of high schoolers dress
