Fighting = war. If you’re scared of going to war (and actually getting paid for it in the Military) then you should be hesitant getting into a fight.

Only fight if your life is in danger and it’s the last possible option.

Fighting isn’t a sport.

Too many people have way too much pride and will do dirty tactics to ‘win’ or save face. There’s a difference when it comes to protecting your ego (not worth fighting for 99% of the time) and fighting for your life.

Find a partner who understands the same thing. It makes it way easier walking away from shyt.

Yup. Too many people still have this view that fighting is “innocent” or just something kids do. Sure if you’re fighting your brother or something. But even in some families you got siblings that are literally trying to kill each other. People get into fights and immediately grab weapons there’s nothing innocent about it.

I'm glad she can at least see. The one in Georgia that I watched can no longer see. Her an another woman were messing with the same man and he didn't care she was hurt.

She had planned on walking into traffic to kill herself. Her son was behind her the whole time and she didn't know it.

Just remembered the crime is called "mayhem" for any disfigurement in California and has only a maximum of 8 years. In prison it's called great bodily injury. In severe cases you can get a life sentence.

im not gonna link it directly but i did find her sisters facebook, if anyone wanted an update. she has a couple of scars, but she healed up really well. if i wasn't familiar with the story, i wouldn't have known she was ever attacked. this happened last year. i saw they were able to raise their gofundme goal too. i wouldnt call it a 'happy' ending but ive seen some other acid attack victims that didnt heal at all. going through all of that has to be emotionally traumatizing too
