1. Probably one of the best places to start your career. You can literally be who you want to be lol. I want to be an Accountant, I don't have to be an intern for 6 years and hope to get s good job. I can be an Accountant right after college with salary and benefits. I see so many young people there start their life at 22 never searching for employment

2. Everyone is nice as fukk. Got that small town feel. When I was living there, it felt like no one had a bad day

3. Davenport, Des Moines, and Waterloo have decent enough Black population that you will never feel surrounded by CACS. Iowa City is a college town that is pretty nice too

4. Cost of living is cheap. You get competitive salaries along with cheap rent, cheap grocery goods, inexpensive car insurance, etc

5. One of the best Agricultural states in the country. Just amazing scenery driving through the small towns

6. Great Education, top notch schools/colleges
My Haitian homie almost moved there. His homienwas there and seemed to be living life having fun at the IOWA college...the black and yellow school.

He said they got sizeable black pop. and obviously friendly pawgs.

Very transient state. Most folks you meet won't be from there. If you make new friends easily it might be a state for you. A lot of people move there and move somewhere else after a while. Full of students in the spring as most people know.
Yeah people who leave usually leave for the cost of living it's just too expensive for or of folks. Also keep in mind you got professionals barely making 55k here and homes alone average 400k.

In the flip side if your money right this place is paradise, if ypu upper income you'll love it, Las Olas, the women, the weather.

You'll be knocking down a different educated fine chick each night, living in a high rise, Uber, it's a great life. Las Olas got alot of young white dudes who papered up, don't even leave Las Olas everything is around them and haven't drove a car in months, Uber or walk.

South Florida is beautiful for ballers. 100%

Aveeage brehs don't bother you'll be in Lauderhill arguing with your baby momma making 18 a hour at the post office.

I lived in Ohio For 2 years (20 years ago) and New York for 6.

Ohio is just depressing. And boring.
But i guess because of that people are more down to earth so its a positive. People aint fake in Ohio.
In those two years traveled to Akron, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Youngstown, Dayton, Columbus, and Toledo.

New York.
:wow:
I love NYC...but damn that place really is the jungle.
NYC don't even feel like America. Its feels like its own country...especially when you live there.
It's only when you leave the island and get out to the rest of the state and realize...damn....NY state is kind of boring.

Florida, New York and Cali I understand hell I’ll give Oregon and Connecticut a pass as well especially if you got money but who in the flying fukk wakes up and say you know What I’m moving to Ohio, Iowa, Illinois, Idaho, Arizona.

Other than Boise I can’t think of another city in Idaho.
I only moved to Ohio for college.
After my second year I moved back to Pittsburgh and did a year at community college before transferring to Pitt.
I just couldn't see myself being there long term.
