The cities that you mentioned have a cac percentage range of 64% to 77%

A black percentage range of 11% - 18%

You sure you didn’t feel surrounded by cacs when you were there?

We are both New Yorkers and anything above 50% in my opinion is cacs everywhere

You have to look at it this way breh

Nothing is going to come close to NYC. To have a place where it's like 40% Black with middle class families and so many different Black ethnicities, and so much culture. I know anything else would be a step down. So I come into a situation knowing that lol

shyt, even LA is only like 15% black, last time I checked. So having 11%-18% Black people in those Iowa cities isn't really that bad. There is enough to have an all black clique that you can hang out with. And there is a decent size of Black professionals there too

We need more black people in Nebraska.

-Lowest unemployment rate in America, an overabundance of well paying jobs

-Cheap, nice-sized houses on big plots of land

-You don't gotta deal w dirty ass buses & subways, come ride on our big clean streets & highways

-Cheer on the best football team in the country, our beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers. On game day, Memorial Stadium has more people than every city in Nebraska except Omaha

-Before you nikkas complain about racist rednecks, we strapped to the nines out here. AKs, ARs, KelTecs, Dracos, MPXs, Nebraska nikkas was putting switches on Glocks 20 years ago.

The only downside is that our property tax rate is kinda high, but it don't matter when our homes are so cheap. We need more black people in the Great Plains.

You live in Omaha? How is it over there
I lived in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids, and Ames

I will say let's keep it real, for most people it really shouldn't matter where the hell they live. They rarely leave their house. They move to some of these big cities and expect for life to just fall into their lap like magic and when it doesn't happen they complain about the city and how it was better back where they left where they had friends or family. So many times I have visited friends in their cities asking where there is to go, what there is to do, or even good places to eat and they have no answers. Usually within just a few days I've found more to do in their city in a couple of days than they have in a couple of years.

Why do people equate NYC equalling the entirety of New York State :gucci:?

It makes me realize how ignorant people are when it comes to NYS.

NYC being “crowded” has nothing to do with the rest of the state. You have Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, and many of the other mid-sized cities, small towns, and such.

Upstate NY barely matters, man. :mjlol:
All those cities had their heyday in the 1800s after the Erie Canal was built right up until around the time FDR was president.

Over 40 percent lives in the 5 boros.
An additional 20 percent lives in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester.

That's 8 counties in the Downstate region accounting for 60 percent of the state's population. The other 54 counties barely matter.

Florida is terrible, big probldm is the party areas have no middle ground either you got it or ya don't and it's a overabundance of hustlers or wannabe hustlers down here, everyone literally trying to do the same thing. Not the place to meet a wife, UT fukk some hoes.

The job situation is hard cuz if ypu don't have a good skill, you're done and this isn't the place to not have education because the col is high and wages are low.

Then Hispanic language is dominant in Miami, forget about a job unless you speak it, Hispanics run alot of trades here too keeping black men out, I see lots of brothers doing maintenance down here.

Also a weak economy, mostly service based so its not like its a million high paying jobs. Florida is pretty upside down, it's a reason Florida government tends to focus of the social bjllshjt cuz it's a distraction.

The non liberal areas are basically wastelands, Melbourne, Fort pierce, Sarasota just country redneck stuff with little jobs, usually old cacs who live off the gover ment who are Maga. Florida got major issues.

I agree, its a difficult state to live in, but i also think its a little bit of sensationalism in that post.

Its like the new york arguement where coliBrehs come in here arguing that you will starve to death if you make less than 80k in NYC, while at the same time more than half the population of newyorkers make less than 35k, and nearly 75% make less than 58k. So obviously, plenty of normal folks without fancy skillsets are doing okay in such an environment. Florida is the same way.

So thats my thoughts on the cost of living debate. As for the wasteland thing, thats pretty much the same in every state. Republicans tend to spend nothing on public services and their people suffer in pretty much every state for it. So obviously deomcrat cities will have the best amenities. Also, you should seek out the republican areas on purpose, becuase you need a voting base guilible enough to vote themselves into those wasteland environments. This is how the whole maga thing works. Its how you get past credentialism requirements that a traditional politician needs in democrat areas.

As for spanish, i agree. Its a usefull skill set in that state. Plus i had already told you earlier that learning spanish would be invaluable for your political aspirations, so you better learn it.

Furthermore, " Quando tu esta en Roma, tu deberias hacer como los romanos, deverdad?"
