In the second book, Titan Shattered, they say Vince allegedly didnt start hating Macho til he was trying to bring him back at the end of 96 and he found out something that made him cut Macho off completely. So in 94 his nice send-off on Raw wouldnt be that strange, because whatever it was, he didnt know about it til almost 97

I wouldn't be surprised if Macho was so bitter that Vince tried to shut him down when he was still wrestling at a pretty high level in WCW that he said some shyt to burn the bridge

I get it, not everybody should get a 10 bell salute and a 3 minute tribute video. But at least acknowledge it but a short bio and the graphic going to commercial break like some sports telecast do when someone dies.

I know, right. Even like cameramen and producers get shout outs when they die on NFL telecasts.
