Nico and whoever is advising him played themselves. Now he's at a dumpster fire program with a clueless head coach that might go winless.

If he was going to leave Tennessee he should've done it right after last season when better options were out there.

When NIL bag chasing goes wrong. :francis:

I actually watched a lot of Tennessee last year because of all the Justin Herbert comparisons he got and that opening game flashed the throwing power and mobility.

Watching Nico the 2nd half against UNLV over the weekend and he legit looked better than he ever did at Tennessee. The way he stood in the pocket during pressure throwing intermediate-range strikes on big downs for example weren’t there last year.

I’m actually really interested to see how he keeps progressing in Sunseri’s system honestly. Dude seems like a QB guru and studied under Cignetti. Both him and Mendoza have a lot of the same pre-snap system this year.

We’ll see how it goes, but me personally, I think he looks good in a Rams jersey next year and learn behind Stafford. Shortest player on the Rams OL is 6’4 so they use can another tall QB like Nico.
You must be Nico Sr. :mjlol:
