I have been experiencing pain in my right elbow after working out. Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with tennis elbow?

I dont think there is anything you can do other than going easy on whatever is causing it.

Flat bench does it for me sometimes.

Had it on my right elbow, so I took it easy on certain exercises for a while. Bought a brace, but that didn't do much. Eventually went away, now months later it's on my left one now :shaq2:

I heard cryotherapy is good for inflammation. I might give it a try.

Get a tennis elbow strap, wear it an inch or so below where it's tender
Look up tennis elbow stretches and be regular with them
Use Advil or Naproxen for 7 days
Don't do aggravating exercises until it settles a bit

1. Rest that arm. It won't get better and it takes a while. Then, you can get back into 100%
2. Wear a tennis elbow strap.

Crazy bc I've been experiencing it lately. Whenever I do unsupported bicep curls, I feel it the most. Now I do isolated curls.:francis:

Go to the doctor. It’s unlikely to get better on its own and if you are over 35 it’s part of the agin process

I'm not sure if this would work for everyone but I used to have tennis elbow and it went away within minutes with the use of a cupping machine I bought off of amazon. It's about 20 bucks or so and I placed the cups all over my body. Now I use it weekly and it really aids in my recovery.

Don’t lock your elbows when doing lifts.

Besides for like maybe tricep rope or one arm cable push downs and even then you should be focused on the triceps not your elbows.
