Outside of St. Louis or Houston... he'd be smart to sign on in Pittsburgh, seeing that Big Ben is on the downside of his career

STL got Keenum. Houston got Mallett.

Steelers drafted Landry Jones last year.

But I get what you're saying.

The heights
He should come to the bears as a practice squad player if eligible Trestman would do wonder with TP2.

:mjlol: this will never happen.

we dealt with this with dennis dixon who is better then pryor as a qb IMO.

plus landry is backing up Ben.

Lol at people thinking switching positions is so easy.

There are countless players on every NFL roster, who've converted from one position to another.... he's 6'6" 230, runs a 4.3 40 and has a 37" vertical..... to say that him switching positions is on some Rick Ankiel type shyt, is kind of far fetched.

But Pryor is smart by not switching positions.... you can linger around in the NFL for 10+ years being a backup...and then still find work when QB's go down, that's not the case as a receiver

Damn all they got was a 7th rd pick i'd almost assume they could of gotten a higher pick from Houston during the draft.

Alex Smith is worth 45 mil but Pryor aint good enough to hold the clipboard....:stopitslime:

:camby:

Not to defend Alex Smith getting that much money... cause he's not worth that ( but in the NFL, you're worth whatever you can negotiate).... KC ensured they'd have a competent QB at the helm, so when it comes time to draft the QB of the near future...they won't end up looking stupid.

unlike some black QB's of recent history ( Jamarcus and Vince Young) Pyror actually worked hard to become a better passer and attempt to make up for the years at OSU where Tressel didn't really do shyt to groom him...He really did get caught up in the numbers game up in Seattle.

Where does TP end up now?

TP is too similar to Vince Young...dont know if Fisher goes down that road again.

Does he stay in the league or goes to Canada?

Him and Vince are nothing alike as QB's...outside of their build, and mobility.

for one, Pryor isn't as mentally fragile as VY.... hasn't done anything close to the :what: levels of fukkery Young was on..... and most importantly, he wants to be a QB and has shown he's committed to becoming a better passer.
