this is such a stupid take, all those "low hand having" UFC grapplers already proved how successful that style is against boxers in the first 10 UFC events lmao Boxers got swept. I don't think a single one won.


MMA vs boxers in a freestyle fight debate got ended decades ago m8. Boxing is a very effective style, and there are aspects every decent fighter should have, but pure boxers like other pure specialist martial arts do not fair as well in MMA. Boxers fight in a very specific style that is only suited to their sport, they have no clinch, they dont have a good stance for MMA, no grappling, no kicks, knees, or elbows etc
