Can you post that thread? I always thought relapse was terrible, but mostly because of Eminem’s flow and silly accents throughout. I don’t even remember what a lot of the beats sound like because of him on there. And as far as the Busta Rhymes album, I thought that was just an underwhelming album, especially based on the amount of hype Busta had going into it.

This collabo was done because at the time Timbaland was beefing with JD. Tim was spending time with ATL artists, which included Polow Da Don. Timbaland, Bubba Sparxxx, Troy, Polow, and a guy named G Rock formed a group called New Money. Rich Boy may have been a part of that too. At the time, Troy and Timbaland shared a mutual disdain for JD which is how "Tell Em Its On" came about. Troy was getting at JD for mis-representing Atlanta and JD had called out Timbaland. Tim isn't that great of a rapper so he needed a credible GA rapper to get at JD. Enter Pastor Troy.
"Are We Cuttin" came from the same sessions as "Tell Em Its On". There's also a song called "X Factor" and an unreleased album from New Money produced by Timbaland and Polow Da Don.

its a really straight forward sample. sometimes i look at beats like that differently...same with I Know What Girls Like by Jay Z. always hated that beat til i realize its a super straight forward sample where not much is even changed. those beats really meant something to them
