I don't think it's terrible at all but most people hate this song, probably because they just weren't into Jay/Bey collabos like that and it sounds really really "pop" and hollywood of course. I think it's dope though, has a nice concept that isn't too light or heavy and some very slick lines about the ills of fame to a very appropriate backdrop.
A lot of people hate this song as well but I think it's cool. Has some obvious things that are off-putting to it's detractors but I think the voices add to the vibe of a record, almost like reading a dikk Tracy comic in rap form.
Hated it at first but it grew on me. Like most of em's goofy "first single" type records it seems like it was recorded to go along with wacky visuals which the video has. And it actually fits the theme of the album perfect. He wouldn't be such a huge star without the same women he constantly attacks in his music.
