It's obvious it's intentional , van was rented, mounted the curb one of the busiest intersections in the city near federal government offices and dude got away

Cops in this city don't do shyt here. We legit have one of the worst police forces of all time in all of North America and I'm not just saying that.
The level of incompetence for the Toronto Police is disturbing for a city of the size of Toronto. We lucky bruhs ain't bussing they guns out here like that and crime ain't THAT high. Cops wouldn't know what the fukk to do. They all getting paid 115K+ OT watching Jays game and overseeing construction sites to give a fukk about crime
