Saw a breh in a Lucid Air recently. I don't like EVs but it made me stop and stare. Tesla better have something new coming down the pipe because everyone else is working hard on their EV lineups.
I saw the Lucid when I went to Miami this year. Car is amazing in person. It looks like how it's priced.

With the Fisker Ocean and Chevy Equinox coming out soon, Tesla may have to pivot to getting that Model 2 out for a more affordable vehicle.

And ya they fukked up with the Cyber Truck. Even though they are sold out until 2027, Ford got the head start and Chevy/GMC got next. Hell I think RAM will be out by 2025. Tesla competitive advantage was that they were going to be first and with a 50k starting price tag. They clearly are not first anymore and there is no way they can make it 50k anymore. shyt would be priced lower then the Model Y which doesn't make sense. The Cyber truck will probably start at 95k and that's on the low end.

It’s not too late though. Tesla can’t even produce a entry level car yet. Most Americans can’t even afford a Tesla. Ford Toyota etc have the manufacturing infrastructure already in place to mass produce EVs on a scale Tesla can’t match.

The only thing Tesla is ahead of the competition of is the self driving data.

While being unaffordable they have had to wait list customers for 6 months. Why would they introduce a cheaper car until production has caught up with the demand for more expensive higher profit margin vehicles? They have multiple factories scaling up right now. It's a given that a cheap model would open up huge demand.

Pay attention to the total numbers on these legacy autos ev numbers. Then the profit margin. You already contradicted yourself on the manufacturing head start so I'll leave that alone.

Dip seems to be Elon selling tens of billions worth for this Twitter shyt and bad publicity.. prob gonna load up some more shares cause I don't see the competition doing much. Toyota still working on hydrogen cars and Tesla locking down lithium supply

You mean like how telsa introduced a “cyber truck” and tesla semi yet can’t even get produce their basic sedan models consistently? All ford has to do is produce an EV that costs less than $100k and they’ll steal significant market share from tesla.

I didn’t contradict myself, you just lack reading comprehension. Ford has been mass producing cars for over a century now. They’ve mastered it whereas Tesla just recently learned how to assemble teslas in a cost effective manner. When ford’s EV factory is up and running in 3 years, they’re going to hit the ground running.

The dip has been because Elon musk is an idiot that abandoned the company and market sentiment has changed. Who wants to purchase a $100k car with interest rates at all time highs?

The dip is also because Tesla has always been overvalued as a tech company instead of a car company. Tesla’s primary demo are young liberals who the CEO is attacking on twitter as we speak.

It would be stupid to buy tesla stock when the CEO is actively selling more shares than the company’s is actually worth to cover a personal loan :mjlol:

Elon Musk's failures have become more public than ever cause he's explicitly tied to Tesla and SpaceX as the face of them. His moves are public now. People are acting accordingly.

Selling more Tesla stock to balance out the Twitter purchase. Selling furniture and closing down their offices. Mass layoffs. Just more erratic and highly publicized terribly thought put business moves. Investors can see this. Stockholders can see this. Advertisers can see this.

and I'll still take it over everyone else's first time making an EV. I got a warranty.

But my Cybetruck will probably be my last Tesla EV since others should hopefully have their shyt together in 10 years or so and again other high charging stations will be around to counter the Tesla Supercharger.

The Supercharger network is the deal breaker right now and it's by far Tesla's biggest advantage over the competition. Plug right in and it charges my Tesla account automatically. Wherever I put in coordinates for a long trip, it tells me where to stop to supercharge and for how long, then continue my trip. Just tellin you how :noah: that shyt is for long trips and for quick charges when I forget to plug in at the crib.

When you meet your demise in an inferno trapped inside your ugly ass truck don’t say the brehs didn’t warn you.
