shyt fukked me up for around 34 days depending on how bad you got it
my chest got mad tight for about 25 of those days and halfway through the fevers stopped ... but my body ached for damn near 33 of those 34 days
I dunno if it was just me, but sometimes I would wake up feeling no chest pain... and then it would come back the next day for 8 days straight.
Eventually I started coughing up the mucus and the chest tightness left... I was still weak but I can feel that its almost gone.
as cliche as it sounds, stock up on vitamins and juice... dont hesitate to relax as much as possible
every once in awhile take deep slow breaths and monitor your breathing
the chest tightness will throw you off, and you have to know if your body is just weak from it ... or if its getting worse. It's like a deep cramp in your chest and eventually it made my back fukked up too. Whole left side was dummy sick. I'm 32 and have been going hard in the gym and with eating healthy and it didnt effect me as much as other things ive been through.
