my regular life is going out to eat with my girl/friends, going to movies, bringing my kid to the park and zoo. Going to work, going to the gym.

obviously I can still do some workouts like mainly running, but obviously if you can live a regular life right now in a major city then your life ain’t shyt tbh. Especially like I said when most major cities job market has laid off everybody

Feeling a bit better now. did a jog down the hallway to get my laundry and i def. couldnt do that yesterday. Still some issues and not normal but did an e visit with doc today and he prescribed a strong nasal decongestant spray and said if i still feel bad by friday he would prescribe some antibiotics. The fatigue is real and sleeping is hard at night because i go from being super cold to super hot all night. Basically go in and out of sleep. My ray of hope has been bruhs on here that got over these same symptoms as well as a cousin of mine who said he had it in early march (tested neg/ to influenza a and b, so most likely covid at that time despite no testing), he said it took 2.5 weeks. his spread to a sinus infection and an ear infection at the end which is why he went to emergency to get flu tested.

So I’m in nola and took a test at a drive thru testing site Monday and got my results back today. I’m not stressing about my self, but I have a infant and girlfriend who’s my concern.

I had a virtual dr. Appointment today and the dr prescribed me some promethazine cough syrup. I’ve been drinking hot lemon water 3 times a day and and randomly going sit in the bathroom and running the shower to soak up the steam
