How bro...? Explain that.

Muthafukaz are out all day...

If that was the case you wouldnt let muthafukaz out in the day time....
Theres less people out at nite.

How is the purpose to decrease transmission?

Right!! Mfs not supposed to be out all day and night in a lock down. People aren't listening and no true way to enforce.

Bro... there shouldn't be a curfew at all.

Why would anybody be worried about a person being out after 8.

If a muthafuka just wanted to ride around.. who gives a shyt..

I'm just seeing how ppl so quick to give up their civil liberties without even asking a question.

Like :jbhmm: "cant we just do social distancing at night too"
We can but Americans don't respect shyt which is why we are at 1000 deaths a day, after implementing measures

There's a two week lag on everything. The death toll is about a month behind the real time infections. You spend 2 weeks before you show symptoms then another week to 2 you end up on a respirator before death. All these stay at home orders are about 2 weeks old so the people that would be coming down with symptoms won't be in the next few days and those people won't die in the following two weeks. That's why they're saying the next two weeks will be very bad before it gets better.

I’m at that point now :sadcam:
keep drinking hot drinks every hour, get some mucinex. I saw my doc via video call and he wrote a script for a strong nasal/sinus decongestant. I suggest u do the same. Clearing your mucus is a must in my opinion, to get that breathing. I remember going from my bed to the bathroom (also had diarrhea real bad) felt like I ran 400 yards and my chest was gonna explode. Try and stay calm working yourself up will make breathing worse.

What specific drinks and what specific medicine? Just Mucinex?

And did the doctor prescribe something you can get OTC?

I drank lemon ginger tea with lime as well as emergen cee. The nasal spray i got to clear my congestion was not over the counter. The label says Ipratropium Bromide nasal solution 42 mcg. Doc also gave me an anti biotic yesterday incase infection became bacterial.

U talking to a guy who thinks hes had it lol..

But yes... cause for one I hate going to the doctors.

And because it's just pointless.
You'll be in that muthafuka for hours, just so they can tell you about some shyt they cant even fix.

We all supposed to stay away from each other anyway...

fukk it... just stay away from people

You wouldn't want to know if you had a virus you could spread and that could kill others let alone die yourself? :skip:

I'm curious - what is the point of getting tested for COVID?

If you were already having the symptoms and then you tested negative...wouldn't you still sanitize, stay away from people, not touch anything, etc.?

Once you get the symptoms...what do you do differently when you test positive vs. testing negative for COVID?
My sister in-law runs a local medical clinic so she's been working through all of this from jump.

She's like, don't go to the hospital to get tested. There is no real treatment for this. She was like people who think they have it, and go to get tested at a hospital or a clinic or wherever are basically going to be exposed to the virus going to those places. I'm in Chicago, and she was like 50% of the cases at our hospitals right now are COVID-19 related.

:hubie:

You do not want to be in the hospital right now unless you need to be hooked up to a machine in order to live.

I get your thinking but getting tested doesn't really make much difference, try thinking about it this way:

Unless you CLEARLY have it and need a ventilator to help breathe, what will happen after you get tested?

Either way, you'll be told to go avoid other people and self isolate for 14 days. Testing positive won't really change anything and if you do test negative you'll still be advised to go self-quarantine.

Testing everyone weeds out those who are asymptomatic so they don't spread the virus to people.
