Not in black woman is it found in the early stages which is why it's usually nore lethal when African American woman are diagnosed with breast cancer

That's if its not discovered at an early stage. If it's caught before stage 4 (which is almost always the end all), it's very likely that it will be treated without surgery. Look at the difference in chance of survival at stages 1-3 vs 4

If caught early there's almost no chance of it being a long term issue. The chances of surviving past stage 4 is slim to none, but even if it's caught at stage 3, the odds of survival go up significantly, by 300% to be exact
