I have a white friend who uses the word and tries to justify it by saying that there are white n words too...but i told him to do his best to avoid using that word at all costs and that its unfiar that negative actions of some black people are reflected on all black people but white people get a pass when those of their race act up and it doesn't paint their community with one broad stroke.

Ultimately i can't control if he says it or not but it shouldn't reflect my beliefs what my friend believes...you can only do so much but every person is their own individual

i already took all of this into account, but the part that gets me is that the black dude ended up fighting manziel and not his friend.

that and the fact that they swept this under the rug completely.

Just because he's racist doesnt mean his skills wont make him a good QB. Let's be honest here: There are plenty of racist QB's and coaches out playing/coaching in the NFL and NCAA right now. WHITE and BLACK.
