LOL

I dont think FSU is that bad?

They had a down year bc of injuries, but they had a great recruiting class last year and prob will this year. Plus why go to A&M and still be in a battle with Saban.

Well not really though. They had talent, they just all transferred. KEnny Hill, Kyler Murray, Kyle Allen. All those guys have talent. Just poor team management apparently by Sumlin.

:usure: You forgetting about the Texas Longhorns QB situation since Colt McCoy left?:mjcry:

Sumlin garnered to much success too soon at A&M and its just been all downhill since. He still wins 8 games a year but A&M has the must delusional fanbase out there. They were a middle of the pack Big 12 team, all they will ever be is a middle to below average SEC team.

Im speaking on the fact that he had 3 QBs Transfer and the QB situation this year is why he was fired. Mond was awful in the Miss. ST game.

The problem with TAMU is that the fans and boosters think to highly of themselves. TAMU is not a factor in CFB year in and out. They should be happy with winning 8-9 games a year with the occasional 10 win season

Let recruits, boosters now that change is coming.

It doesn't benefit him at all to stay wnd continue to lose and be laughing stock and a target.

Seems like a good dude...but Johnny Football bought him alot of time and alot of money
The thing is this though Texas A&M has never ever been more than a 5-7 win team prior to Sumlin. He's somewhat overachieved their past history. I'm not saying they shouldn't fire him but like Nebraska is currently finding out post-Pelini sometimes the grass isn't always greener.

and Nebraska had every reason to fire Bo.

But, this is just the case of the SEC being awful and everyone feeling the pressure to do something

That's not true. Even Texas fans won't say that.

I've been an a&m fan my entire life, but man our cac fanbase is fukkin delusional. They actually believe we should have the same aspirations as alabama or the u of the 80s and 90s even when our history suggests otherwise. I feel for Sumlin because of the expectations, but he did it to himself by not being able to recruit AND keep a decent QB on his roster. Since he took over as HC, 5 QBs have transferred and manziel left when he still had 2 years of eligibility left. Based on some of his deleted tweets, he was growing tired of sumlin. Hate it had to be him, but it's time go.

Right. That school is lucky to have had the little success it did have since going to the SEC. Hope that brotha bounces back soon... Maybe he'll get a shot in Tennessee? Wait, I don't know about that..
