They were treating me like I was Rich and had millions to spend
1. They only have two choices. Makes no sense to not have any meat entrees on the menu. If I only like chicken, that's not worth $50. Nor is a salad worth $25.

There is no fukking menu nikka. Its a brazilian steakhouse. Obviously if you only like chicken you might not want to go to a BRAZILIAN GAUCHO STEAK BUFFET
The salad is there so you fill up on fiber and cheaper stuff so you don't eat the lions share of prime quality beef. They not letting you cheap nikkas eat off each others plates without getting something for it. The salad bar isn't even over priced, you probably just don't mess with the majority of the options they have.
