The mother was on social media claiming she didn’t own the dog, it was her BF’s and the dog got spooked because another make friend was there.. in which all he did to help was toss pizza.

If she and her bf owned it, doesn't that make the pit bull hers?

like lets be real, even if you've got a gun ready - loaded, you're at the range weekly, etc - you're asking for people to hit a rabid dog that's mid frenzy literally tearing a woman limb from limb

people are asking way too much. simple solution is to ban pitts

All you got to do is get on top of the dog and shoot it with the barrel against its body.

Even then bullet is way less worse than the mauling she got.

My little brother has pitbull mix dog and she’s very affectionate, can be very sweet, but she scares the crap out of me.

I remember one day my sisters dog was at my moms house along with my brothers dog, and I guess dogs don’t like being fed next to each other, but that’s what my mom did. she gave them both food at the same time. I guess my brother’s dog didn’t like it. She proceeded to attack my sister’s dog and tried to rip the dogs face off. My mother had to get on top of her and started punching her in the face to unlock her jaw.

My mom was able to get her off the other dog and made her go in the room where she crying because she knew she did something wrong.

That incident is still imprinted in my brain. I don’t trust that dog. I sometimes feel like one day she will attack someone again.. Not a dog but a human.


Pitbulls are scary.

Personally I just wouldn't own any pet that was capable of killing me. Anything bigger than a mid size dog is no bueno.

Has nothing to do with the breed of the dog, of it’s even a “pit bull” - it would be much less likely to exhibit aggression toward a human, as the breeds basis was predicated on culling dogs that exhibited any human aggression, as this was never tolerated in the pit.

Was it a female dog?

Was the victim on her period?

It’s not the breed of the dog but any formidable dog that is not trained out of poor conditioning will be either a nuisance or hazard, this one verged into hazard
