Texas doesn't have the brains to elect him, but maybe the rest of the country does. BETO2020

Don’t let the native Texas poster see this post. He’s going to remind you he’s from Texas, and no democrat has a shot to win in Texas. Because in Texas ...

@*DalMem* might have a point tho. :patrice:

The last time a Democrat won statewide in Texas was 1994. Texas has gone longer than any other state without electing a Democrat statewide.

Beto has driven to every single county in Texas!!!! Impressive. I want him to win but then again this is Texas so I wont get my hopes high. Maybe if he lost and its a very close race, he can still be heavily involved somehow with the 2020 elections. He has energized so many people here in Texas.
He's done it twice.

Breh is having 3 town halls a day in cities miles and miles apart.

I had this feeling when I voted for president last time, didn't feel my vote mattered because I knew Trump would take Texas.
However I also had this feeling when I used to live in Indiana and voted for Obama, Indiana had been red forever...but him getting people like me out to vote, instead of complaining that a dem can't do it, turned Indiana.

I honestly normally would not even vote in midterms, but I will be out there this year. I'm hoping some of the people who sat out 2016 wake the fukk up and help turn Texas blue.

Get your parents/friends registered too. Everybody got to bring along 5-10 people and we can do this. :salute:
